About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with a strong background in quality control and deficiency teams management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, leadership, and organizational skills. In this role, you will oversee trade performance, ensure timely task completion, oversee trades, send reports, and maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

· Lead and coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure work is completed on schedule and according to quality standards

·Identify, document,



and manage deficiencies during the finishing stages of construction projects.

· Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks

· Maintain accurate records and produce detailed reports on progress and issues

· Communicate effectively with internal teams, trades, and project managers

· Ensure adherence to safety standards, WorkSafeBC regulations, and construction best practices

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in Construction Supervision, with a focus on quality control and deficiencies during the finishing stages of construction projects

· Ability to identify, document, coordinate, and, when required, complete minor repairs or corrections related to deficiencies

· Strong leadership and people management skills

· Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

· Clear and professional communication skills

· Commitment to safety and familiarity with WorkSafeBC regulations is expected

· Proficiency with construction management platforms is an asset

Wage:

$30–$38 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
