Kozy is looking for a part-time Content Creator with strong photography and videography skills to help document the work we do and support our long-term brand growth. This role is focused on capturing high-quality visual content at active job sites, telling the story behind our projects, and helping us build a strong content library of completed work, progress shots, and behind-the-scenes moments.

This position is ideal for someone with a creative eye, strong attention to detail, and an interest in visual storytelling through real projects and transformations. The role is part-time, with flexible hours that may vary based on project activity and scheduling.

- Visit job sites throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas to capture photo and video content
- Document projects at different stages, including before, during, and after completion
- Capture content that reflects the quality of our work, the transformation of the space, and the process behind each project
- Identify meaningful visual moments, details, and angles that help tell the story of each project
- Edit and organize photo and video files for future marketing and brand use
- Maintain an organized content library for internal use across marketing materials, website updates, and future campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to identify priority projects and content opportunities




- Use available equipment such as drone, microphone, and other content tools when appropriate

Experience / Qualifications

- Solid photography and videography skills
- Ability to create visually compelling content that tells a clear story
- Experience with photo and video editing software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
- Experience capturing construction, landscaping, renovation, or project-based work is an asset
