What You’ll Do

- Run your own section during service
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
- Ensure smooth service with strong mise en place
- Support and guide team members
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Assist with stock control and waste management
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis Chef ready to progress)
- Solid cooking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure




- Team player with good communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
