We are seeking a motivated and energetic Cook to join our agile team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional food service to our guests. Your culinary skills and passion for food will help create memorable dining experiences in our lively restaurant environment.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and waste disposal
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of supply needs
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards and prevent foodborne illnesses

Qualifications




- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings with a solid understanding of kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation procedures
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques across various cuisines preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform kitchen tasks for extended periods
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is highly desirable
