We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Cook Kitchen Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Menu Development: Develop creative and innovative menus that meet our customers' preferences and dietary needs.

2. Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring that they are of high quality, visually appealing, and consistent with our standards.

3. Kitchen Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, food preparation, and cleanliness.

4. Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing training and guidance as needed to ensure optimal performance.

5. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage food and labor costs to meet budgetary goals while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

6. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and maintenance of equipment.

7. Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house staff, management, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for our guests.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in menu offerings, operational procedures, and staff development.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a chef or cook in a high-volume kitchen environment.

- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
