Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Ensure all food handling practices meet safety standards and comply with health regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients efficiently.
- Serve food to guests promptly and courteously, maintaining a positive attitude throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to deliver quality dishes every time.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of supply needs.
- Training will be provided for cash also for times when front is too busy.

Experience
- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
- Hands-on kitchen experience with food preparation, cooking, and food handling is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation standards is required to ensure guest safety.
- Experience in meal preparation for diverse dietary needs is a plus.
- Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for hygiene, safety, and efficiency is highly valued.
- Able to lift 50LB
