Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP’s Business Law Services department seeks a permanent Corporate Paralegal in Calgary. You will assist in creating various entities and prepare corporate documents for transactions, governance, and amendments while collaborating with lawyers and clients in a fast-paced, billable workplace. The ideal candidate has a diploma, at least five years of related experience, superb attention to detail, and strong MS Office skills.
