Cosmetic Nurse Injector – Training & Development Position

Are you a nurse who has been interested in entering the world of medical aesthetics but hasn't had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience?

Etanda Co. is looking for an RN, LPN or RPN who is interested in developing their skills and building a career in cosmetic injectables.

Previous cosmetic injecting experience is NOT required.

This position is designed for a nurse with a strong clinical foundation who is eager to learn medical aesthetics through education, mentorship and supervised hands-on experience.

Who We're Looking For

- RN, LPN or RPN with current registration and in good standing with their applicable Alberta regulatory college
- Nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment and patient-care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable performing injections and clinical procedures
- Professional, reliable and detail-oriented
- Solid interest in facial anatomy, medical aesthetics and cosmetic medicine
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training
- Interested in developing a long-term career in medical aesthetics
- Available for some evenings and Saturdays as required

What You'll Learn With appropriate education, training, supervision and demonstrated competency, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop skills in areas such as:

- Cosmetic consultations and treatment planning
- Facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
- Neuromodulators including Botox®,



Dysport® and Nuceiva®
- Dermal fillers
- Biostimulators
- PRP and regenerative aesthetic treatments
- Patient selection and contraindications
- Complication recognition and management
- Medical-grade skincare and complementary aesthetic treatments
- Documentation, photography and patient follow-up

Independent treatment will only occur once the appropriate education, training and competency requirements have been met.

Compensation

Starting wage: $25/hour during training and development, dependent on nursing experience.

Compensation will be reviewed as training milestones and independent injector competencies are achieved.
