Oak Therapy is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, and client-centered Mental Health Counsellors, Registered Social Workers, Psychotherapists, Registered occupational Therapist, Registered Marriage and Family Therapist who are licensed in ON and BC to join our growing private practice team.

We are looking for clinicians experienced in providing counselling to individuals experiencing life transition, anxiety, depression, trauma, occupational stress, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, Family Discord, Estrange, Reproductive Mental Health, Pregnancy and Postpartum Adjustment, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and more.

Second language such as Farsi, Arabic, Hindu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean are always an assets.

This is a fully remote contract position with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation based on experience.

Compensation

- $50–$100 per session/hour based on clinical experience and qualifications

About the Role The successful candidate will provide virtual psychotherapy and counselling services to youth, adult clients across Ontario and BC. Clinicians will work with a diverse client population and collaborate within a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional virtual counselling and psychotherapy services
- Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing case management
- Develop individualized treatment goals and therapeutic interventions




- Support clients through evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Maintain ethical, confidential, and culturally sensitive clinical practice

Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with a recognized ON and BC regulatory body:
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical counselling or psychotherapy experience preferred
- Comfortable providing virtual therapy independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
