Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Counter Help to join our vibrant food service team! In this role, you will be the friendly face greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Take accurate orders using POS (Clover), and handle cash handling responsibilities with precision
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food industry standards




- Skilled in cashiering, cash handling, and operating POS systems
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for accurately processing transactions and managing cash registers
- Experience with food handling, serving, and kitchen operations is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude
