Swim Recruiting is seeking a CPA-designated accounting leader for a not-for-profit in Vancouver. The Controller will manage full-cycle accounting, month/quarter/year-end closes, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow, P&L;, and analysis while guiding a 1–2 person team and supporting senior leadership.

To qualify, candidates must have a CPA designation (or international equivalent) and at least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in the NPO sector.
