Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CPA/Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth. Duties
- Manage all aspects of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and cost management initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
- Lead financial services operations, including investment analysis and risk assessment, to support sustainable growth.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify potential financial threats and mitigate exposure.
- Supervise a team of finance professionals, providing guidance on bookkeeping, compliance, and process improvements.
- Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis to inform executive decision-making and business development efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on corporate finance activities such as funding strategies, capital investments, and cost control measures.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required with proven experience in finance management.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and account reconciliation processes.
- Strong background in corporate finance, budgeting, and risk analysis within a financial services environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving business development initiatives.
- Proficiency in financial software systems and investment analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Effective communication skills to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
