Wayzie Media is a real estate media company based in Niagara, Ontario. We provide photography, video, drone, floor plans, 3D tours, branding content and more that help real estate professionals market their listings and grow their businesses.

Our mission is simple: deliver an experience so good our clients want to tell someone about it.

We’re looking for a professional, personable, and reliable Creative Specialist who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their creative skills. You’ll visit different properties, build relationships with agents, help them feel comfortable on camera, and create media they’re excited to share.

Photography and videography experience are a significant plus, but not required. We’re looking for someone who cares about people, notices the details, follows through, and is eager to learn. We’ll provide the training and support to develop your technical skills.

What We’re Looking For

- A friendly, professional team player who enjoys taking care of clients.
- Someone who understands that a great client experience comes from clear communication, thoughtful service, and dependable work.
- Someone willing to go above and beyond for both our clients and the company without being asked
- A detail-oriented person who stays organized and checks their work.
- Someone who remains calm and finds solutions in high pace environments and when plans change.
- A motivated individual who takes feedback well and wants to keep improving.
- Someone who can work independently while communicating consistently with our team.

Training & Creative Work

We provide paid training on our systems and services, including:

- Real estate photography.
- Videography, cinematic videos, and social media reels.
- Directing agents on camera.
- Drone photography and video.
- Floor plan scanning.
- Matterport and 3D virtual tours.
- File organization, uploading, and communicating project notes.

You’ll receive hands-on guidance, equipment, and ongoing feedback as you learn. As your skills develop, you may also help create branding and social media content for our clients.

What Your Day Will Look Like

- Review your schedule, booked services, and client notes before each day and again before each shoot.
- Arrive prepared and on time, ready to give agents and homeowners a great experience.
- Capture all booked services and check that important rooms, angles, and requests haven’t been missed.
- Help clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the shoot.
- Treat each property and our equipment with care.
- Organize and upload your media the same day, with clear notes for our editing team.
- Keep our team informed about client requests, schedule changes, or anything that needs attention.

Scheduling & Flexibility
- This is a field-based role serving Niagara to Hamilton and surrounding regions.
- Most shoots take place Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
- Occasional evening and Saturday shoots may be required.
- Hours vary with bookings and the season, with approximately 15 - 30 hours per week anticipated.
- You’ll need reliable transportation to travel between properties.

We value work-life balance and clear communication about availability. Once a shoot is scheduled, our clients and team need to be able to count on you.

Job Requirements

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, qualified attitude.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (Vehicle 2016 or newer)
