ndoor Playground Crew Member – Job Overview

Position Summary

Indoor Playground Crew Members play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children and families. This role focuses on guest service, safety supervision, cleanliness, and supporting daily operations, including birthday parties and special events.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide clear information about playground rules, packages, and services.
- Supervise play areas to ensure all children are safe, following rules, and engaging in age‑appropriate activities.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including play structures, party rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
- Assist with party room setup, hosting, serving food, leading activities, and ensuring a smooth party experience.
- Complete cleaning and reset tasks between parties within designated timeframes.
- Support front desk operations such as check‑ins, waiver verification,



and answering guest questions.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures as trained.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor guest concerns professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

- Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working with children.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Able to lift, bend, and move around the facility for extended periods.
- Previous experience in childcare, customer service, or hospitality is an asset but not required.

Pay: $17.60 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 – 26.0 per week
