About CrAved

We are bringing a brand new, fast-casual fusion street food experience to Blue Mountain Village, and we are looking for the perfect team to help us launch! CrAved specializes in bold flavors, featuring signature 18-inch saj flatbread wraps, customizable bowls, house-made sauces, and sweet treats like açaí bowls. We are building a vibrant, high-energy environment where exceptional food meets outstanding customer service.

The Role

We are looking for energetic, upbeat individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and radiate positive energy. At CrAved, we believe in a fully integrated team approach. You won't just be stuck in one spot—all employees will be trained across every station to fully support the team. Whether you are assembling bowls, operating the saj griddle, pressing dough, pouring a beer, or greeting guests at the register, you will be a vital part of the daily operation.

What You Will Do

- Deliver enthusiastic, top-tier customer service to every guest visiting the Village.
- Learn and master all stations (front of house, prep, cooking, and assembly) to seamlessly jump in and support your teammates wherever needed.
- Prepare our signature saj wraps, bowls, and sweet menu offerings with an eye for quality and consistency.
- Safely and responsibly serve beer and wine to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in both the dining and prep areas.




- Operate point-of-sale systems and assist guests with menu recommendations.

What We Are Looking For

- Smart Serve Certified: (Mandatory) As we will be serving beer and wine, a valid Ontario Smart Serve certification is required.
- Positive Energy: A genuine, upbeat attitude and a team-first mindset.
- Adaptable & Eager to Learn: Willingness to cross-train on all kitchen and service stations.
- Fast-Paced Performers: Ability to keep up with the hustle and bustle of the Blue Mountain Village crowd while keeping a smile on your face.
- Experience: Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but a great attitude and robust work ethic are the most important qualifications.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
