Shelby’s Shawarma is looking for energetic, friendly, and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and want to be part of a fast-paced restaurant environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shawarma, wraps, bowls, sides, and other menu items
- Follow food preparation and safety standards
- Keep the restaurant, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized
- Handle cash and POS transactions when required
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy periods
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow Shelby’s Shawarma procedures and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset, but not required
- Food Handler certification is an asset
