In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with daily operations, supporting production processes. Whether you’re organizing supplies or helping with product assembly, your energy and reliability will help us deliver high-quality custom apparel that exceeds expectations.

Duties

- Assist with the preparation and organization of materials and supplies needed for apparel customization
- Support the manufacturing process by helping with ink mixing, heat pressing, picking and packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace and storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Help load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate handling of inventory and finished products
- Support team members in fulfilling customer orders promptly and accurately




- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure working setting

Skills

- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure quality standards are met
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials safely for extended periods
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures or manufacturing processes is a plus
- Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines
