Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Job Type: Full-time

The 40th Street Grill is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to provide excellent service, assist guests with their needs, and support smooth daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Assist guests with special requests and service needs
- Process payments and operate the POS system as required
- Communicate customer orders and requests with kitchen and restaurant staff
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming customer areas
- Restock front-of-house supplies as needed
- Handle customer concerns professionally and seek appropriate solutions
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support team members during busy service periods

Qualifications




- Previous customer-service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Solid customer-service and teamwork abilities
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods

Schedule Full-time restaurant schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 per week
