Peak Disposal Services Inc. is a locally owned Roll Off Comapny. With 24 trucks and close to 600 disposal bins we provide waste removal services to the new constructon, roofing, renovation and retail industries. With growing demands on our dispatch department, we are looking to hire a customer service / call taker to join our team.

Peak Disposal Services Inc is seeking to employ a part-time call taker / customer service representative to act as a first communication point for customer service request. You will receive customer requests and relay these requests to our dispatch team.

Responsibilities

· You will be responsible for answering telephone calls from our customers.

· You will relay the incoming call request from our clients to our dispatchers.

· You will be responsible for keeping track of the customer orders.

Requirements and Skills

· Able to work in a fast-paced setting.

· Knowledge of the city (greater Vancouver an asset)

· Attention to detail.





· Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Proficient with cell phone technology

· Excellent communicator

· Fluent in English (oral and written)

· Experience in customer service is an asset.

· Able to multi-task

· Willing to learn and take on additional tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
