Farnese Insurance Brokers is an independent, owner-run Alberta brokerage with offices in Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park and Devon. With access to 50+ insurance markets, we find clients the right coverage instead of selling them one company's product. We're growing in Fort Saskatchewan and Strathcona County and need a strong CSR to look after our clients there.

This is a full-time, in-office position working out of our Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwood Park offices. No remote or hybrid work.

What you'll do

- Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone and email clients
- Quote and place new home, auto, tenant and condo policies
- Process changes, endorsements, cancellations and renewals
- Review renewals and recommend coverage or pricing improvements
- Spot cross-sell opportunities, such as home and auto bundles
- Guide clients through the first steps of a claim
- Keep client files and notes accurate and up to date

What we're looking for
- Alberta General Insurance Level 1 licence (required).



Level 2 is an asset.
- Personal lines experience at a brokerage or insurer is preferred
- A professional phone manner and a service-first attitude
- Organized and accurate, able to manage a busy renewal list
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Reliable transportation to work at both our Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwood Park offices

What we offer
- Competitive hourly pay ($22-$30/hour) based on experience and licensing

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Licence/Certification

- Alberta General Insurance Level 1 licence (preferred)
