- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, update account details, and maintain detailed logs
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services that meet customer needs, enhancing their experience
- Support multilingual communication by providing assistance in English and Spanish, ensuring clarity across diverse audiences

Skills
