Napoleon Group of Companies is seeking a Customer Solutions/Dealer Experience Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in Barrie, Ontario. The role reports to the Senior Manager Customer Solutions and focuses on analyzing and optimizing processes within the Customer Solutions & Dealer Experience departments.

Responsibilities include developing automated reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights using MS Office, ERP, CRM, Power BI, and data cubes.
