We have a great opportunity for a Customer Specialist to join our friendly team at our Lambton Quay Advice Centre in central Wellington.

Te tūranga | The role

As a Customer Specialist, you'll be one of the first people our customers connect with. You'll help with a wide range of everyday banking needs, take the time to understand what matters to each customer, and connect them with the right solutions and support.

You'll also help customers get the most out of our digital and self-service banking options, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Advice Centre.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You don't necessarily need banking experience to be successful in this role. What we're looking for is someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and delivering a great customer experience.

- Confidence asking questions and understanding what customers need
- A willingness to learn and build your banking knowledge
- Comfort using technology and helping others with digital solutions
- A proactive, adaptable approach in a busy customer-facing environment
