Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools to identify patterns and insights.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate within Agile project teams to deliver timely data solutions aligned with project goals.
- Design and maintain databases ensuring optimal structure and performance using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Conduct business analysis to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support project management efforts.
- Participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, and deployment of data solutions.
- Create detailed documentation using Visio or VBA scripts to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accessibility.
- Utilize Bash (Unix shell)



scripting for automation tasks to improve efficiency in data handling workflows.

Requirements

- Proven experience with data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices to deliver projects iteratively and efficiently.
- Knowledge of SDLC processes for developing robust data solutions from conception through deployment.
- Ability to perform business analysis by translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
- Experience with VBA scripting for automation and report customization is a plus.
- Excellent analysis skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data interpretation.
- Competence in using Visio for process mapping or documentation purposes is desirable.
- Familiarity with Bash (Unix shell) scripting for automating tasks in Unix/Linux environments is advantageous.
