Responsibilities

- Perform regular cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other high-traffic zones to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability for staff and visitors.
- Assist with light facilities maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or reporting larger repair needs to the appropriate teams.




- Monitor building security by ensuring entry points are secure and reporting any suspicious activity or safety concerns.
- Support special event setups or cleanups as needed to facilitate smooth operations during gatherings or meetings.

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and walking throughout the facility.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward identifying issues before they escalate.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance or safety concerns effectively.
