Overview
We are seeking an experienced dental receptionist to join our team. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a friendly, efficient environment that keeps our practice running seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Dental scheduling and patient coordination
- Insurance submission, verification, and follow-ups
- Insurance coordination and billing workflows
- Treatment presentation and follow-up
- Patient communication and front-office support
Qualifications:
- Dental office experience preferred
- Experience with Tracker is an advantage
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
