SAP S/4HANA Deployment Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Deployment Project Manager to support a major ERP transformation within a complex, regulated medical devices supply chain environment .

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role for someone who has successfully managed SAP S/4HANA deployments and understands the structure, discipline, and cross-functional coordination required across large-scale Life Sciences transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will bring robust experience across the solution design, confirmation, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare lifecycle , with particular exposure to Order to Cash and connected supply chain processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead deployment planning and execution for a major SAP S/4HANA implementation .




- Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID tracking, issue escalation, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate business, IT, system integrator, and functional teams to drive deployment readiness.
- Manage execution across solution design, confirmation, build, testing, cutover readiness, go-live preparation, and hypercare.
- Partner closely with functional and business teams supporting Order to Cash and related supply chain processes, including Source, Make, Logistics, Deliver, and Quality .
- Ensure alignment across testing, data readiness, training, change management, business readiness, and operational transition.
- Facilitate governance meetings and deliver
