I am looking for a competent Direct Care Worker to support our two clients who have physical and developmental disabilities. We strive to find staff who are committed and dedicated to our clients. I am looking for outgoing individuals, who are personable and enjoy being with people.

The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to assist clients. Flexibility is an asset, along with experience. The ability to assist clients with whatever they want whether it be school help, meal prep, going out for the day or overnights.

I would like someone who could provide in-home and out-of-home respite. This will sometimes have you working in a group and sometimes on your own.

Upon being chosen you will do a online interview, then in person. Once I figure out if it is a good fit, you can meet the persons you will be supporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Temporary, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
