- Supervise a team of employees; - Maintain optimal inventory management; - Collaborate with the Service Manager and Accounting to ensure the efficient turnover of parts needed to perform in-house work; - Plan and monitor the budget; - Coordinate the weekly and daily activities of his team; - Implement and ensure compliance with procedures (receiving/shipping, customer service, etc.); - Develop and provide reports on departmental objectives and results; - Maintain good relations with employees, colleagues and suppliers; - Maintain a high level of customer service by intervening, when necessary,
