Lead engineering and operations with Wesdome in a hybrid role based in Ontario or Quebec. Drive technical strategies and operational excellence in mining practices across multiple sites. As the Director of Engineering and Operations, you will report to the COO and provide strategic leadership across Wesdome's mine sites.

Your focus will be on implementing best practices in mining engineering, enhancing operational performance, and developing corporate growth initiatives. This role requires a credible leader with strong relationships across technical teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on technical support to mining operations
- Define and govern Wesdome's Operating Model for excellence
- Collaborate on annual budgeting and life of mine plans




- Oversee annual Reserve updates as Qualified Person
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Mining Engineering degree; P.Eng. designation required
- Minimum 10 years in mining engineering and operations leadership
- Solid expertise in rock mechanics, ventilation, mine planning
- Experience in budgeting and technical governance across operations
- Bilingualism in English and French considered an asset Drive operational excellence and engineering leadership at Wesdome, impacting mining projects across Ontario and Quebec.
