- Oversee firm’s HR and administrative functions
- Manage recruitment and employee onboarding processes
- Coordinate annual performance review meetings
- Chair and facilitate Directors’ and committee meetings
- Maintain and optimize physical facilities and equipment Requirements:
- Minimum five years’ experience in firm management
- Preference for candidates from professional services
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and related tools
