As a pivotal figure in CADSI's operations, the Director of Global Event Operations will oversee international engagement. This includes planning and executing flagship events like the Canada Market Briefing and coordinating trade missions.

The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, exceptional negotiation skills, and experience managing high-impact conferences to elevate Canada's defence and security sectors on a global scale. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage supplier contracts for event logistics and services
- Negotiate exhibit and reception spaces for international shows




- Deliver high-profile conferences and governmental programs
- Coordinate with government partners for aligned strategies
- Develop programming for CABSI’s International Program Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years in large-scale event management
- Experience with governmental relations and international trade
- Robust communication skills, bilingualism preferred
- Ability to travel internationally as needed Elevate Canada’s international presence by orchestrating impactful events in defence and security sectors.
