Job Title: Director of Quality Assurance

Location: Victoria, BC

Reports To: CEO

Integra Support Services is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Director of Quality Assurance to lead and strengthen quality systems across the organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing audits, accreditation readiness, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

This is not solely a compliance position. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can assess systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and inspire teams to build and sustain a culture of quality across the organization.

About the Role The Director of Quality Assurance provides strategic and operational leadership for quality management, accreditation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the CEO and operational leadership, this role ensures services align with organizational policies, CARF standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting teams to deliver excellent care and support.

The Director leads organizational audits, develops actionable improvement plans, and mentors leaders and teams in strengthening quality service and practices. This role sets the tone for quality across the organization and plays a key part in fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee organizational systems and processes
- Conduct internal audits, reviews, and evaluations of programs and services
- Develop clear, meaningful, and actionable recommendations to strengthen service delivery
- Provide hands-on leadership for CARF accreditation readiness, compliance, and follow-up
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards,



including Community Living BC and Occupational Health & Safety requirements
- Use data, feedback, and evaluation findings to drive continuous improvement
- Support implementation and monitoring of quality improvement plans
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to managers and team members
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen service quality
- Support documentation systems, reporting, and quality tracking processes
- Participate in organizational planning, committees, and change initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

- Post-secondary education in social services, healthcare administration, rehabilitation, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience conducting audits, program reviews, or quality evaluations
- Solid, hands-on familiarity with CARF standards and accreditation processes
- Solid understanding of Occupational Health & Safety requirements
- Knowledge of Community Living BC and relevant legislation
- Experience in developmental disabilities or social services sector preferred
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing others
- Experience implementing quality improvement or compliance systems

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4.30pm (In-Person) Compensation: CA$89,000.00-CA$99,000.00 per year
