Lead the advancement of Workday at CBC/Radio-Canada as the Director of Product Evolution. Reporting to the Executive Director, People Systems & Analytics, this bilingual position requires a visionary leader with extensive Workday experience.

You will drive the product evolution roadmap while managing a high-performing team of Business Analysts and Product Owners. Your expertise will ensure that Workday features align with organizational objectives and deliver maximum value. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Workday evolution roadmap and prioritize enhancements
- Lead evaluation and deployment of current Workday features




- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify scalable solutions
- Manage team capacity and optimize resource allocation
- Develop team skills in Workday and agile methodologies Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 7+ years of Workday platform experience
- 10+ years in leadership and cross-functional team management
- Proven track record in project ownership
