Duties

- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
- Explicit and reset tables swiftly after guests leave to prepare for incoming diners.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic duties.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to ensure a tidy environment.
- Support restaurant staff by delivering food and beverages to tables when required.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe workspace for everyone.




- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or containers.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues.
- Familiarity with food service operations or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to adhere to health regulations and safety guidelines at all times.
