Dispatch Coordinator

About The Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate daily schedules, communicate with drivers and customers, and help keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, problem-solving, logistics, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules, routes, and service assignments
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor schedules and adjust assignments when priorities change
- Receive and respond to phone calls, emails, and service requests
- Track deliveries, pickups, appointments, and job status
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and documentation
- Enter and update information in dispatch or scheduling systems
- Follow up on delays, schedule changes, and operational issues
- Provide timely updates to customers and team members
- Support administrative and logistics tasks as required

Qualifications

- Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, scheduling, or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills




- Comfortable working with phones, email, and computer systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Ability to solve scheduling and operational issues efficiently
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn company procedures and dispatch systems

Schedule & Compensation

- Full-time position
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
