Mexican Fiesta is looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver / Cook to join our team in Whistler, BC. This is a hands-on position that combines food preparation, cook duties, and delivery/transport responsibilities.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes, specifications, and daily kitchen needs.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, FIFO, labelling, and temperature control standards.
- Safely load, transport, and deliver food and supplies accurately and on schedule.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, safe, properly equipped, fueled, and maintained.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries, inventory, and kitchen supplies.
- Work effectively with kitchen and restaurant teams while maintaining professional communication and company standards

Requirements

- Valid Class 5, BC driver’s license and driving experience.
- Previous experience in a kitchen, food preparation, or line cook position is an asset.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A valid work permit is required
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and perform physical duties as required.
- Availability to work a adaptable schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
