NOW HIRING: EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR – INFANT/TODDLER (ECE-IT)

Blossoms & Roots Childcare is growing, and we are looking for caring, passionate Early Childhood Educator – Infant/Toddler (ECE-IT) professionals to join our teams in Cranbrook.

Blossoms & Roots provides nurturing, nature-based childcare for children ages 0–5. Our philosophy is centred around meaningful relationships, hands-on experiences, outdoor exploration, and creating environments where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn and grow.

IMPORTANT – ECE-IT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Applicants must currently hold a valid ECE-IT (Infant/Toddler) Certificate in British Columbia.

Please only apply if you have your ECE-IT certification.

About the Position

We are looking for a full-time educator who genuinely enjoys working with infants and toddlers and understands the importance of these early years. Our Infant/Toddler program focuses on responsive and loving care, consistent routines, developmentally appropriate experiences, curiosity, exploration and supporting each child's individual development.

The ideal candidate is warm, patient,



dependable and collaborative and enjoys creating meaningful connections with children and their families. A love of the outdoors is a great fit for Blossoms & Roots—nature and outdoor exploration are an important part of our programs.
