Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated ECE (Early Childhood Education) Manager to lead our early childhood programs with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise teaching staff to deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes early learning and social-emotional growth
- Develop and manage program budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
- Implement policies and procedures that comply with licensing regulations and quality standards for early childhood programs
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration among staff, children, and families
- Conduct regular assessments of classroom environments and educational practices to maintain high standards of quality




- Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for team members to enhance their teaching skills
- Coordinate parent engagement activities, including meetings, workshops, and communication to strengthen community relationships

Experience

- Proven leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field, with a strong understanding of child development principles
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively within an educational setting
- Extensive teaching experience with young children, including familiarity with curriculum planning and assessment tools
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and community partners
- Knowledge of licensing requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards in early childhood programs
- Ability to inspire teams through coaching, mentorship, and clear goal-setting
