The Enrollment Representative will speak with customers about internet, TV, and home phone options while helping them understand which services may suit their needs.

As an Enrollment Representative, you will advocate for accessible connectivity services in your community. You will meet with our customers in person, helping them understand their options for reliable internet, TV, and home phone connections. The Enrollment Representative will then guide our customers through the enrollment process in person with patience and clarity.

Role Responsibilities of the Enrollment Representative

- Visit our customers in person to explain essential internet, TV, and landline phone services clearly and in a welcoming way.
- Chat with our customers in person about simple connectivity service options that enhance daily life and create enrollment opportunities.




- Guide customers through in-person sales discussions that surface clear benefits and lead to new enrollments.
- Create welcoming experiences by providing supportive help that builds trust and moves people toward enrollment.
- Transform support conversations into sales by presenting essential home services that improve everyday experiences and support enrollment.
