About the role

Do you enjoy leading ERP and CRM implementation projects from start to finish, while also mentoring a team of consultants? At JOVACO, this role lets you do both: drive strategic projects for our clients and help a talented team grow, in an environment where authenticity, mutual support, and rigour are part of our everyday culture.

Remote position with occasional in-office presence

The role in brief

- A stimulating dual mandate: approximately 75% project management for implementations and 25% team management of consultants
- A variety of ERP and CRM projects, at the heart of our clients’ digital transformation
- A team that values autonomy, collaboration, curiosity, and the smart use of AI in day-to-day work

Your responsibilities

Lead projects that make a difference

- Manage a portfolio of ERP/CRM implementation projects, from scope definition through to delivery: planning, resources, and follow-up
- Manage budgets and timelines, and ensure commitments made to clients are met
- Mobilize multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external, across several projects at once
- Serve as the central point of communication among all stakeholders: steering committees, meeting minutes, and action tracking
- Ensure client satisfaction and the quality of deliverables
- Anticipate risks and contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation practices

Help a team of consultants grow

- Mobilize, coach,



and support a team of consultants in their professional development
- Oversee the onboarding of new team members and knowledge transfer within the team
- Plan team activities in collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO) and scheduler
- Foster a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement

Your profile

Education and experience

- University degree in computer science, information technology, or administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing ERP or CRM implementation projects
- 1 to 2 years of experience in coaching or personnel management
- Experience as an ERP consultant is an asset

- You have an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and deliver on what you promise.
- You have a strong command of ERP/CRM project management best practices and are comfortable with AI tools (Copilot, generative assistants) to optimize your work.
- You are bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
