- Strong knowledge of skincare and client consultation
- Professionalism, reliability, and a client-first approach

- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Your own established client following is considered an asset and will be recognized through our compensation structure

Additional Assets

- Experience with RF microneedling devices

- Experience working in a medical aesthetics or clinical setting

Why Join ReDefined? This is an exciting prospect for an Esthetician / Laser Specialist who wants to be part of a growing medical aesthetics practice rather than simply filling a treatment-room position.

If you are passionate about skincare, aesthetics, client care, and continued learning, we’d love to hear from you.
