Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout the event
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all areas are organized and secure
- Guide guests through event activities, answering questions and providing directions
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficiently
- Handle cash transactions accurately during ticketing or food service operations
- Support food service operations by serving food and beverages in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in event spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment




- Enforce safety protocols and assist with crowd control to ensure guest safety at all times

Experience
- Prior experience working with food is highly desirable, especially in engaging customers
- Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse audiences
- Proven customer service experience, demonstrating patience, friendliness, and professionalism
- Experience in guest services or hospitality roles that involve direct interaction with visitors
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures to manage transactions accurately
- Background in food service or hospitality environments is a plus, showcasing adaptability and teamwork skills
