Duties

- Operate excavators safely and efficiently, including trenching, excavation, and site preparation
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks on excavators and related machinery
- Assist with loader operation, backhoe operation, dozer work, as needed to support project requirements




- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating excavators in a construction setting with a strong understanding of heavy equipment procedures
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on excavators and related machinery
- Familiarity with dozer, loader, backhoe, is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong construction experience with an emphasis on safety, precision, and teamwork
