Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and disciplined Executive Protection Agent to join our protective services team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in executive protection, law enforcement, and/or military operations, with a strong commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professionalism. This role involves ensuring the physical safety, security, and privacy of high-profile clients in dynamic and often high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide close protection and personal security to executives, principals, and their families in a variety of environments.
- Conduct advance site surveys, threat assessments, and route planning to ensure secure movements and venues.
- Maintain constant situational awareness and readiness to respond to threats or emergencies.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and security personnel to ensure smooth protective operations.
- Operate defensive and tactical driving as required during client transport.
- Manage secure communications and maintain operational discretion at all times.
- Conduct emergency medical response and crisis management as needed.
- Support travel logistics, secure lodging, and oversee protective intelligence gathering prior to travel.
- Maintain detailed and confidential incident and activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, local laws, and client expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military service (special operations, protective services,



or similar units preferred).

Preferred Background

- Prior service in law enforcement.
- Former military special operations, military police, or protective services experience.
- Experience in close protection with corporate executives, celebrities, or high-net-worth individuals.

Compensation & Benefits

- Formal Executive Protection training from a recognized institution (e.g., ESI, Executive Security International; EPI, or equivalent).
- Firearms proficiency and valid carry permits (where applicable).
- Medical training, preferably EMT, TCCC, or CPR/First Aid certified.
- Experience conducting threat and risk assessments, and working in both domestic and international environments.
- Excellent communication skills, situational awareness, and discretion.
- Physically fit and capable of operating in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; advanced driving certifications preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently and work extended or irregular hours as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00-$100.00 per hour
