The Executive Search Consultant will focus exclusively on candidate development for our established client hiring mandates in the professional services space - investment, finance, legal, and accounting

. The Executive Search Consultant will join a well-oiled team that is highly supportive and goes above and beyond to deliver for our clients. Our clients are true partners with us, which helps ensure a very high success ratio.

While this is a fully remote role, we require someone to work EST core hours.

Our ideal candidate would need to have the following at a minimum:





- 3+ years of recruitment firm experience working with candidates in one or more of the following sectors: investment, finance, legal, and accounting .
- Someone who can show us demonstrated results in building meaningful relationships with candidates based on trust and subject matter expertise
- Someone who is driven and results-oriented. Know your numbers; we will ask.
