Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experience Machine Operator specialized in operating Bulldozers and Excavators for residential subdivision projects. Responsibilities

- Operate certified bulldozers and excavators efficiently to perform land clearing, grading, trenching, and site preparation tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for excavation and grading activities.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
- Operate loaders, backhoes, graders, and other construction machinery as needed to support various phases of residential subdivision development.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE),



to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist with horizontal drilling operations and paving tasks when required to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.

Skills

- Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers (Dozer), excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and horizontal drilling equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Valid with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar (CAT) machinery or similar heavy equipment brands.
- Ability to interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices for heavy equipment operation.
- Experience in residential subdivision projects or similar construction environments is highly desirable.
