- Proven experience as a professional barber, with strong skills in men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect confidently with a sophisticated clientele.
- A professional appearance, positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing premium customer service.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering consistently high-quality results.
- The ability to understand clients' preferences, provide professional recommendations, and build long-term client relationships.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a professional team.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper maintenance of barbering tools and workstations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver premium haircuts, fades, beard trims,



and grooming services while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Provide personalized consultations and professional recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional experience with every visit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
