You have at least 3 years of professional painting experience and are comfortable with interior and exterior projects. You can work with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, communicate professionally with homeowners, and adapt when a project needs a solution.

High Five Painting serves homeowners across Southwestern Ontario, including the Kitchener–Waterloo, London, Bluewater areas. We’re building a team of painters who care about their craft, their teammates, and the experience they give every client.

The role

We’re hiring experienced painters for residential interior and exterior projects. Depending on the job and your experience, you may work independently, collaborate with a crew, or help guide less experienced painters.

What you’ll do:

- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, filling, caulking, and priming
- Apply paint and stain with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Protect clients’ homes and keep job sites clean and organized
- Deliver consistent, high-quality finishes while meeting project schedules
- Communicate clearly with teammates, project managers, and homeowners
- Care for tools and equipment and follow secure work practices




- Support and mentor other painters when needed

What you’ll bring:

- 3+ years of professional painting experience
- Robust interior painting skills and experience with exterior work
- A solid understanding of prep, coatings, application, and finishing
- Attention to detail and the ability to work at a productive pace
- A professional attitude and comfort working in clients’ homes
- A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle to travel to job sites
- Ability to work at heights and outdoors in varying conditions

Experience with staining, refinishing, or spraying is an asset.
