Overview

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Server to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering memorable dining experiences through excellent service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and attentive guest interactions. Your expertise in food handling, customer service, and restaurant operations will help ensure our guests leave happy and eager to return.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to create a positive first impression
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas,



including proper food handling and food safety practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations

Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a robust understanding of the food industry standards
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and transaction processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and order accuracy
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes is a plus
- Effective communication skills to interact seamlessly with guests and team members
